Your health records stay with you
SymptomLedger for Android, provided by Wild Logic Web LLC, is a device-only personal record tool. The Android app has no account, internet permission, analytics, advertising, or cloud AI. It does not send us health records, files, identifiers, diagnostics, or usage events.
What stays on your phone
Conditions, symptom logs, notes, summaries, selected documents, audience preference, and policy acceptance are kept in the app’s private storage. Records, document names, and file contents are encrypted using a key protected by Android Keystore and your screen lock. Automatic Android cloud backup and device transfer are excluded for this data. The app locks when backgrounded and after a short session.
You control copies
Importing copies the file you select into the encrypted vault; the source stays where it was. Sharing creates an unencrypted copy in the destination app you choose. Shared document copies are temporarily held in private app cache and removed within ten minutes or at the next launch. Receiving apps and people control their copies.
Backups to your own storage
Backups are encrypted with a passphrase you choose. Android’s system picker can save them to local storage or your own cloud account. That provider processes the encrypted backup under its own policy. We do not receive the backup or its passphrase. There is no automatic sync.
Retention and deletion
Local records stay until you delete them, erase the vault, clear app storage, or uninstall. Erasing the vault deletes its encryption key and local data. It cannot remove source files, backups, or copies you shared. We cannot recover lost records or forgotten passphrases. Back up your vault before changing phones, removing your screen lock, or uninstalling.
Earlier cloud accounts
The Android edition is independent of the earlier website and iOS cloud edition, which is retired. It does not connect to that service or import its records. For questions about an earlier cloud account, contact hello@wildlogicweb.com. Do not send health records, files, identity documents, passwords, or backup passphrases by email.
Support and children
The app is intended for adults 18 and older. If you email hello@wildlogicweb.com, your email provider and ours process that message. We use it to respond and operate support. Do not include health records, files, identity documents, passwords, or backup passphrases.

Visiting this website
This information website has no account forms, uploads, analytics scripts, or advertising. Its hosting provider, Vercel, processes ordinary request information such as IP addresses and requested URLs to deliver and secure these pages. Do not put health details or other private information in website URLs or support messages. This is separate from the offline Android app.
